Description: IGA (Italian Grape Ale). Birra "sui generis" che nasce dall'incontro fra l’uva Malvasia dell'Azienda Agricola Casale Cento Corvi ubicata sulla Costa Laziale, ed il nostro mosto di birra moderatamente luppolato. Il risultato è una birra/spumante bionda, leggera di corpo, ricca di profumi fruttati e delicati al naso, accompagnati in bocca dalla freschezza e dalla leggerezza dei malti usati. Prodotto delicato e beverino adatto a qualsiasi momento della giornata, è perfetto compagno di aperitivi ed antipasti. A "one of a kind" beer created from the combination of Ansonica grapes, from the Torre in Pietra vineyard on the Lazio coast, and our moderately hopped wort. The result is a beer/sparkling wine with a rich bouquet that is fruity and delicate to nose and, in the mouth, accompanied by freshness and lightness of the malts used. Delicate and easy to drink product suitable for any time of the day, is a perfect companion for aperitifs and appetizers.
