Description: ITALIANO - Il progetto Open nasce nel 2008 con la prima birra italiana “open source” la cui ricetta, dimensionata per una produzione da homebrewer, è stata pubblicata per tutti sul web. L’obiettivo era di condividere una ricetta che creasse interesse e che aiutasse a diffondere l’idea della birra artigianale italiana. Sul concetto di Open sono anche nati dei locali dedicati alla diffusione del bere artigianale italiano con stabili 100 etichette di birre italiane in bottiglia e tante, tante spine… Ma Open è per Baladin è anche un “laboratorio” per sperimentare gusti, spezie, approcci al prodotto e perfino, talvolta ai canali distributivi. Al momento le Open sono 4 ma non è escluso che ce ne saranno altre, la cui ricetta, magari, l’avrete suggerita voi… ENGLISH - The Open project was launched in 2008 with the first “open source” Italian beer. Its recipe, with the appropriate quantities for home brewing, was published on the Web and made publicly available. The goal was to share a recipe and a beer which could stir up interest and help spread the idea of Italian craft beer. A few Open pubs have also been opened (see the OUR PLACES section) with the aim of spreading Italian craft beers. They all serve 100 Italian labels and many, many draught beers… But for Baladin, Open is much more than this. It is also a laboratory to experiment tastes, spices, approaches and, sometimes, even distribution channels. At the moment we offer 4 Open beers, but there may be more.
