Description: ITALIANO - Una birra che unisce le caratteristiche dei malti caramello e ambrati con gli aromi dei luppoli americani. Nasce così un’esplosione di gusto equilibrato dove spicca il biscotto dei cereali e i sentori di frutta secca bilanciati dalle note di amaro e dai profumi aromatici del luppolo e della scorza d'arancia calabra. Il corpo è buono ma non eccessivo per garantirne una facile bevibilità. La schiuma è consistente e pannosa. Si abbina perfettamente con la carne, specie stufati o brasati, ma anche carni grigliate, oppure con formaggi stagionati specie quelli a pasta "gessata" . ENGLISH - A beer which combines the features of caramel and amber malts with the aromas of American hops. The result is an explosion of well-balanced taste, where the biscuit flavor coming from cereals and the notes of dried fruit blend perfectly with the bitterness and aromatic scents of hops and of the orange peel from Calabria. The body is strong but never excessive, to ensure it is an easy to drink beer. The head is thick and creamy. Perfect with meat and aged cheese.
