La particolarità di questa lager sta nell'utilizzo a caldo (whirlpool) della Nepeta Cataria, una pianta coltivata e raccolta sulle sponde del lago d'Iseo E comunemente conosciuta come "erba gatta". Per questo motivo abbiamo chiamato la birra "Pussycat" che in inglese significa “micio”, “gattino”. *** Pussycat is a collaboration brew, produced together with Kompaan brewery of The Hague (Netherlands). The particular feature of this lager is the whirlpool addition of Nepeta Cataria, a plant grown and collected on the banks of Lake Iseo.
