Description: Built around the malt bill of a typical Weizen, but fermented with American Ale Yeast and dry hopped to be a modern single-hop Citra American Wheat Ale. This is a summer beer by definition. Clear straw colored, clean, with a persistent creamy white foam head thanks to extra of proteins from all the wheat. Aromas of mango, kiwi and spices due to the post-fermentation hopping are followed by mango, passion fruit and wheaty graininess on the palate. This is a beer best followed by another one!
