Description: Bottled June 2020 Habunis the nickname given by Okinawa natives to the Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird strategic reconnaissance aircraft of the United States Air Force. HABU: Framboise is a blend of three years of traditional, Lambic-inspired, coolship spontaneous ale that follows the Methode Traditionnelle guidelines. After a blend was hand selected, the beer was racked onto more than 400 pounds of raspberries to referment. Once ready, vanilla was added into the finished beer to complement the sweetness and acidity. HABU: Framboise will age well, but drinking fresh will yield best results.
