Description: What happens when you mix the hop profile of a Pale Ale with the yeast characteristics of a Saison? Well that’s what we wanted to find out. This first experiment into a new hybrid style (for us) uses Zythos and Soraci Ace hops to add a touch of lemon character to the earthy, spicy Saison yeast. A touch of carmel malt rounds out the Pale Ale backbone of an otherwise very dry farmhouse beer.
