Description: This beer was originally brewed as a collaboration between our head chef, Mason, and our head brewer, Stefan. An homage to Mason's hometown, they brewed a gently spiced winter warmer called "Tire Fire." After aging in a Makers Mark barrel for 6 months with ginger, cinnamon, and dark cherries, it transformed into its true form, "All Trash Burns." This beer burns with deep, malty richness paired exquisitely with notes of whiskey, ginger, spice, and burning rubber.
