Description: We hope you take a chance on this special beer. A light, amber ale using Belgian yeast was put into fresh Pineau des Charentes barrels shipped straight from Bordeaux and aged for 14 months. It came out of the barrel at 8.1% ABV and transformed into a light brown beer with ruby highlights.It shows light oxidized notes, akin to a sherry, with aromas and flavours of dried fruit and brown sugar. It is delicate and delicious. We hope you like it.
