Description: Our DAB Lab series focuses on fresh, resinous, and vibrant hop-forward ales, each brewed with CO2 hop extract in addition to our selected hop varieties. N.W.I.P.A. was brewed for our friends at the N.W.I.P.A. tap house in Portland, to celebrate their 4th anniversary. It features supercritical CO2 extractions of Apollo, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops in the kettle, alongside dry-hop additions of Citra, Galaxy, Chinook and Simcoe.
