Description: Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout w/ Coffee & Vanilla • 11.0% ABV We've made 3 blends for our 2021 version. Each blend of Balam was brewed with a touch of smoked malts and was aged in nine year old George Dickel bourbon barrels. We infused each version with a different combination of coffee and vanilla. Expect a big boozy aroma with layers of chocolate, coffee and bourbon. Blend 1 • Noir coffee from Hale Coffee Co. + Mexican vanilla beans
