Description: A Red Rye IPA. “Gnarly Red-Eyed Rooster” aka #therooster is a play on "Little Red Rooster" a blues standard credited to arranger and songwriter Willie Dixon. Juicy American hops complement the malty profile. Tropical fruit and juicy citrus notes merge to create a succulent hop character. A pleasant maltiness accompanies the hop showcase. Rye malt lends a subtle spicy character to the flavor. We use a blend of Citra, Chinook, Centennial and Mosaic hops. This beer has a wonderful malt/hop balance, and a beautiful reddish amber color!
