Description: Wood Aged Belgian Dark Strong Ale - "Got My Mojo Working" is a blues song written by Preston "Red" Foster and first recorded by Ann Cole in 1956. Muddy Waters popularized it in 1957. A dark, complex, strong Belgian ale with a delicious blend of malt richness, dark fruit flavors, spicy notes and a wood aged character. Complex, rich, smooth and dangerous. Grains: Pilsner, Munich, Abbey and other specialty malts. Hops: Hallertau and Magnum. Dark Candy Syrup and Raw Sugar are added during the boil. The beer is then aged on American Oak for several weeks. This beer weighs in at a lofty 10.6% ABV. A sensational complexity of awesome aroma and magnificent flavor. Notes: raisin, plum, dried cherry, fig, bourbon and vanilla. Allspice and clove.
