Description: The Dark Manhattan (Variant #2) was aged solely in Woodford Reserve Rye Whiskey barrels, with just over one-and-a-half pounds of tart cherries per gallon of stout. Peppery rye spice, light fresh apples and vanilla flavor play just beneath the aroma and notes of the tart cherry that come forward mingled with the dark malts and wood in both the aroma and palate.
