Description: A salute to the classic German Wheat Beer. Bitter sweet with a complex array of Spice and Fruit undertones. Hefeweizen are a traditional recipe top fermented, unfiltered bottled beer from Germany. Because they’ve got lots of yeast sediment, they’re cloudy, and incredible tasty. And because the Germans are as efficient as they are good at brewing, the name simply means ‘yeast wheat’. (That’s why we came up with ‘Zeppelin’.) We know a good idea when we see one. So, we promptly nicked/pinched it. And, naturally, made it our own. So now you can enjoy a mighty/traditional German beer, with a touch of Runcorn added to it. (What do you mean that’s put you off?) mighty German beer, with a touch of Blighty added to it.
