Harvested & shipped on September 19th, then used in the brew the next morning, added to the mash, utilized in the first wort hopping, throughout the boil, in whirlpool & in our hopback for fresh notes of papaya, lemon-lime & red apple punctuated with aromas of fresh herbs and a touch of green pepper.
