Description: The Stone is a American sour ale fermented with a carefully selected blend of harvested wild yeast and bacteria cultures. These strains were used for all of the fermentation which took place entirely within oak barrels. Two separate additions of raspberries resulted in a stronger souring finish and fuller fruit towards the end. This is the third edition of the Bluewood Brewing sour program and will likely be the birth place of all sours to come from the program!
