Description: Fat Santa. Here he is, proud as can be with his namesake. And let’s be honest, if you had a beer named after you, you’d standing proud too! For this special brew, we started with a similar base beer to Ramjet and aged it in Starward whisky (ex-red wine) barrels. After 6 months in barrel it was racked onto coffee, vanilla and tonka beans. The result is a rich, decadent, barrel aged imperial stout with a festive twist. Think dark chocolate, whisky, red wine, coffee, marzipan and vanilla – all of Santa’s favourite things. We recommend enjoying this on Christmas Eve, or with a healthy serve of pudding, custard and cream and we promise not to judge if you don’t share. You deserve a treat.
