Description: Collaboration with Ehren "Sensei" Schmidt at Mikkeller Baghaven. We brewed a traditional saison together and once it arrived in Belgium, it was blended with 1, 2 & 3 year old lambic, and aged on Würzer barrels. Bottled February 2019.
