Description: A blend of 1 & 2 year old lambic with Schaarbeekse krieken. Every July we go to Pajottenland to pick wild Schaarbeekse cherries from friend's gardens. Macerated for 10 months in a pinot noir barrel from winery Clos d'Opleeuw. Harvest July 2015.
