Description: Created to celebrate our 3rd anniversary in a big robust way, Uber Night Imperial Stout was a natural choice for the first beer to debut in our barrel aging program, the Red Carpet Series. Before aging in fresh bourbon barrels, our brewers gave Uber Night the VIP treatment by adding Madagascar vanilla beans and a signature blend of coffee beans. Befittingly our Red Carpet Series bourbon barrels are named after a Hollywood bombshell. We selected bourbon barrels Marilyn Monroe and Bettie Page to age our Uber Night Imperial Stout. We hope you enjoy the premier of the Red Carpet Series and the luxurious flavors that have developed in Uber Night from bourbon barrel aging.
