Description: We collaborated on this "Smoothie IPA" with our friends at Urban Family! Half the base beer was kettle soured before we fermented the whole batch with cratefuls of Raspberries, Guava, Pineapple, and Peaches then dry hopped with a huge charge of El Dorado, Citra, and Galaxy hops. The beer pours like a hazy, pink grapefruit juice and boasts an aroma to match. Tartness meets the palate first, citrus elements of hops follow, then a wave of bold fruit character! CONTAINS LACTOSE!
