Description: In collaboration with our bearded brothers at Arizona Wilderness Brewing, we present this farmhouse saison brewed with passion fruit, dragon fruit, tart centennial kumquats, rosemary, fresh bay leaves and white Sonoran wheat. Aged over 12 months in sauvignon blanc barrels, this saison comes in at 8.8% ABV and boasts wine-like characteristics imparted from the barrels. It's a mouthful, we know, but this beer showcases the diversity and passion of both breweries and our quest to push the craft movement forward.
