Description: Sold exclusively at the Boulder Beer Pub on Wilderness Place, The Dude’s Bane barrel-aged barleywine is our most rare bottled offering, packaged in 22-ounce bottles dipped in red wax and hand-numbered. Aged for one year in first-used bourbon barrels and weighing in at 12.3% ABV, it’s a perfect beer to share among friends during the holidays, or to cellar for years to come. Named for The Shipping Dude, and the fact that while the 8 barrels were totally in his way in our cooler, we thought they really tied the room together. And what does The Dude do? Oh, the usual: drive a forklift around, bowl a little, the occasional Flashback.
