Description: This is the winning recipe from our inaugural Wort Transformation homebrew competition, created by Tim Squires of Olathe, KS. A panel of expert tasters chose his beer out of nearly 100 entries and five rounds of judging. His prize as the winner was to work with our staff to brew his beer on our 35bbl system. It will be served exclusively at the brewery. Tim’s beer, Fusion, incorporates white wine juice into our base wort along with a healthy amount of citrus zest and a bit of candied ginger. The end result is very fruit-forward, citrusy, dry, highly drinkable (yet high ABV) brew.
