Description: Je Suis Ne Pas Une Biere 6.4% -Belgian golden ale. Fruity esters on the nose from the Belgian yeast strain. Caramel tones at first sip give way to a subtle honey flavors and a slight smokey finish due to the addition of Rauch (smoked) Malt in the mash. Complex and drinkable a higher ABV which typifies the style gives balance. Brewed in collaboration with the excellent Box Social Brewing Company. The result of the golden ale's lengthy brew house and fermentation ritual is a clean-tasting beer, low in phenolic astringency, full-bodied and effervescent. The brew's fine, péttilant, champagne-like effervescence produces a rich and stable head.Collaboration with Box Steam Brewery
