Description: Time is Music the Planets Make is an old fashion (but new age) Citra bomb. We used a heavy blend of wheat and oats along with an experimental (to us) yeast from siderealfarmbrewery for a creamy haze-filled body. The esters from the yeast pair perfectly with Citra to create an easy drinking 7% NEIPA full of pineapple, orange, mango and candied papaya notes. Our experiments in the brewing process remove any bitterness and leave a slightly sweet fruit bomb. We can’t wait to see you enjoy this one.
