Description: Aging our Inertia stout in Jack Daniels barrels just pushes the ISU’s off the charts!!! (ISU’s ? Oh, International Smooooooooove-ness Units of course). Seriously though, the barrels round out any rough edges & give the beer more complexity. Coconut, Cherry & oak melds perfectly with the big roast malt, coffee & chocolate character of the base beer. We only brew it a few times per year. Fill yer boots if its pouring!
