Description: Each quarter, Braxton Labs and Starter Coffee are collaborating to bring you a robust stout with a hand selected blend of coffee. While the base beer will remain the same, Starter Coffee will work to "Cycle" through a different blend/roast/bean that compliments the roasty, sweet stout in a different way each quarter. The first release of this project takes the opaque stout, loaded with chocolate and roasted malts, and adds two pounds per barrel of Nicaraguan La Esperanza coffee roasted locally by Carabello Coffee. This light roast boasts floral and fruit notes that compliment the rich stout underneath.
