Description: Nucifera is the base recipe of the Imperial P-Nut Buster. When we make these adjunct stouts, we layer flavors in the conditioning tank by recirculating the beer through a tank containing the flavor additions, in this case, toasted coconut, vanilla beans, and cacao nibs. The first time we made the base for Imperial Pnut Buster, we had gone through those steps before final peanut flavoring and fell in love with the base product. This beer is a milk stout so it has lactose to balance the bitterness imparted from the roasted malts and the cacao.
