Description: ollaboration with another of WV's "Small Batch" entrepreneurs! We will be using J.Q. Dickinson Salt Works small batch salt mined from the Iapetus Ocean for our new Gose (pronounced Goes Uh) style beer - the name of which is Iapetus Gose-Style. Never heard of the Iapetus Ocean? It apparently existed 600 to 400 million years ago and is named after Titan Iapetus of Greek mythology who was the father of Atlas who the Atlantic Ocean was named for. Remnants of this ancient ocean remain under our mountains and the fine folks at J.Q.Dickinson Salt Works in Malden WV have re introduced this wonderful salt to the world. First in draught only - we will tell you when - very limited supply, bottles? maybe latter.
