Description: This beer is tart, clean, and exceptionally easy to drink. Brewed with a combination of wheat malt and pilsner malt, this beer was kettle soured for several days with the addition of lactobacillus bacteria that was harvested from the grains themselves. After souring, the fermentation was finished with a clean yeast strain. The result is an effervescent sour ale that is light, crisp, and refreshing.
