Description: A malt base designed to be full flavoured without any burnt or roasted notes, it creates a solid bed for the wet hops as opposed to fighting against them. Again for the dark we have selected and blended two research varieties. One of which has been used in a previous batch of the beer which we particularly enjoyed, with many noting a mandarin character giving the beer a big chocolate orange punch.
