Description: So, we started off with a red Flandery type thingy and threw that in a barrel with 4 different types of funked up yeasts. It wallowed happily about in there for 4 months at which point got way happier as it was dumped into a second barrel with 3 kinds of fruit; Cranberries, Raspberries and Blackcurrants. Added at a rate of over 450 grams per litre! 2 months on that bunk carefully followed by a bit more age.
