Description: This beer was originally created for the event ‘Kraddel’s 10K Madness’, but will see a limited distibution in some other selected pubs later on. Keg only ! The idea behind this beer, was to take Cuvee Sofie ( Kraddel’s favorite Alvinne base ) and do something new and unique to it. Rather than adding a new fruit variety, this version of CS was aged on a barrel which previously held Brandy. Woodchips from a chipped sherry barrel were soaked into bourbon, and these chips were added into the brandybarrel, to oak age the Cuvee Sofie whilst it was barrel aged .
