Description: Six months in a bourbon barrel has done wonders to this beer. The intense fruitiness of the Quad is still intact, and now plays well with caramel and vanilla from the charred barrel. There is also some nice spice contributed from the bourbon. We are happy to release this very limited experiment right now, when both the young, fresh flavors of the Quad and the more complex characteristics from barrel again are in perfect harmony. served in a snifter.
