Description: Our brewers had not brewed a new IPA for a while and decided it was time for another one. IPA #3 has strong citrus and floral notes from generous amounts of Columbus, Summit and Horizon hops added in both the brew kettle and during dry hopping. Pale, Vienna and Special Roast provide the malt backdrop. Can the Northwest have too many IPA’s? We don’t think so.
