We are all about resurrection. Made from the same malt components that make up Haysaw, this beer was laid to rest with mixed culture in neutral oak for nearly 2 years before racking back to steel onto orange peel and oolong tea. The rest allowed mango, red berries, citrus, and black tea to come to life.
