Description: “Paper Mache Dream Balloon” is a Dark IPA brewed with German Carafe III and Chocolate Wheat for a dark color and flavor but without the astringency of Roasted Barley. Rounded out with mounds of Flaked Oats, Munich Malt, Honey Malt, and Crystal 45. We’ve hopped this beer singularly with Simcoe. Simcoe pellets at the end of boil and 100% Simcoe Lupulin Powder in the dry hop. The dank week and pine resin aromas and flavors from the Simcoe meld seamlessly with the malt bill.
