Description: Our Union Station Belgian-style quadruple is our first collaboration beer brewed with Matthew Perry of Chatham Brewing. Way back in February we got together, came up with we believe to be the best Belgian Quad recipe the world has ever seen, and brewed it. Well after 8 weeks of fermenting and primary aging we moved it over to a conditioning tank for another 3 weeks, after which point we kegged it, stuck it in our cold room and waited another 3 months! The result? An unbelievably smooth, yet complex big Belgian brew with intense aromas of plum and other stone fruit as well as bit fruity flavors, a slight malt sweetness and just a touch of alcohol warmth. Delicious!
