Description: Tea sours combine the intensity of sours with the calm of tea. The base beer is our sparkling ale- fermented with a blend of wild wine yeast, brettanomyces, and lactobacillus. Next we add our house blend peach ginger black tea - adding stone fruit aromatics, ginger spice and tea tannins. Flavors of ripe peach, honest, and bright ginger. Blur the line between beer and wine (and tea!)
