Description: In 1977 the Sex Pistols released their only official album with Johnny Rotten, and were immediately met with a hail of controversy and legal troubles. In 2009 CBC first released Never Mind the Bollekes, and the brewstaff anticipated similar controversy and legal troubles dependant upon the litigious intent of the brewery to which we attempted to pay homage. No such “lawyering up” took place, so we’ve gone and brewed it again! Bright, deep golden in color, Never Mind the Bollekes has a fresh nose of fruity Begian yeast and spicy hop character. Medium-bodied, the flavors of pilsner and Munich-style malt balance deftly with spicy and floral hops of the varieties Glacier, Hallertauer, and Spalt.
