Description: Continuing our Geek Out journey, we bring you Geek Out 3.1. For Geek Out 3.0, we took half a batch of an amber-hued base beer and hopped it with a crazy amount of El Dorado hops -- a new hop for us. For Geek Out 3.1, we took the other half of that batch to our OG Sour Facility and funked it up, letting a blend of Brettanomyces and our house Saison yeast have their wild way with it. Geek Out 3.1 plays out with a delicate malt backbone balanced by an estery yeast presence.
