Description: Golden Ghost is a collaboration with our friends of Golden Grove Farm and Brew who grew us a few ghost peppers to use in this unique golden sour. It boasts a heavy hop load of citra hops and de-seeded ghost pepper flesh. Strong notes of pineapple and citrus. Pepper manifests in flavor but not in heat. Perfectly balanced with bright acidity and a hint of the white wine barrels that mothered the base golden sour.
