Description: This is out first ever collaboration beer! Made in conjunction with Trophy Brewing of Raleigh, "Pollinator" is a doppelbock made with over 40 pounds of NC honey. It is dark brown with deep copper in color. It has a malty start and that classic honey sweet/crisp finish with a slight warming from the alcohol. We also aged some in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels. The honey and Bourbon make for an excellent flavor combination.
