Description: Our Belgian IPA is brewed with 6 different malts to create a slightly sweet malt base for the hops and Belgian yeast to play off each other. The Belgian yeast adds the fruit esters of banana and clove with subtle peppery spice notes. We used Nugget for bitter and Citra and Lemondrop as finishing hops. The hops add a variety of fruit notes with citrus and particularly zesty lemon standing out while a soft herbal note adds to the finish.
