Description: This NW sour ale is a blend of red ales that were aged in Bourbon and wine barrels for 12 months before aging with Bing and sour pie cherries fr an additional six months. Rich, dark cherries, dark fruit, Bourbon and hints of leather greet you in the nose. Tart dark cherries, dark caramels and hints of Port on the palate lead to a bright, tart, dark cherry finish with lingering hints of oak and Bourbon.
