Description: Organic Elephant Heart plums are the star of this show! These juice balloons, when fully ripe, taste like strawberry candy and were as big as some of the peaches we got this year, bonkers. This beer pours a bright purple color with pink foam. This is the only pure plum beer we blended last year. We actually called the grower after tasting them ripe and tried to get more, but they were all gone!
