Description: Aroma – The Brett lends the signature “funk” to the aroma that is backed by a sweet apricot perception. The apricot comes off as very ripe fruit. Flavor – There is a bit of oak and tannins with some fruity acidity. The apricot is much subtler with some very subtle funk notes from the Brett. It is crisp and does not have lingering sweetness although it does have a bit of an acidic finish.
