Description: This traditional Scottish-Style Ale is all you need to keep warm through a western NY winter. We use the finest Barley Malt to truly capture the earthy flavor associated with imported Scotch ales and single malt scotches. We then use a special mashing and boiling schedule to produce the fine amber color and caramel flavor. A gentle hop addition is used to balance the elevated alcohol content of this hearty winter ale. At almost 8% alcohol by volume, it is meant to be enjoyed responsibly.
